Adhesive protective tape (LZK)

Application: Adhesive protective tape is designed for temporary protection of floor covering, furniture and interior design items against dirt and damages during building works, for protection against damages during transportation and installation of products made of plexiglas, plastic, painted metal and other surfaces.

Adhesive dacron tape (LKL)

The technical specifications are applied to adhesive dacron tape designed for hermetic sealing of cupboards, refrigerators before polyurethane pouring.

Main dimensions

Adhesive dacron tape shall be released in rolls, tape dimensions shall be in accordance with the standards specified in the table 1.

Packing

Adhesive dacron tape shall be reeled on plastic or paper and bakelite cores with internal diameter 75÷83mm.

Upon Customer’s request rolls and “rollers” are packed in corrugated boxes or convolute drums or plywood cases.

Transportation and storage

Transportation of adhesive dacron tape can be made with all types of transport vehicles in accordance with effective shipping rules for less-than-truckload and part-load shipments.

Adhesive dacron tape shall be stored in original package on racks or pallets in ventilated location at the temperature 14°C÷30°C and relative humidity from 50% to 70%.

Storage conditions don’t cover railroad warehouses that prevent cargo only from exposure to atmospheric precipitation.

Racks and pallets shall be no less than 1 meter apart heating body.

Warranty

Warranty period is 6 months from the date of production.

 

 

Adhesive polyethylene tape (LKP)

The technical specifications are applied to polyethylene tape with adhesive layer and armored adhesive polyethylene tape. The tapes are designed for binding of packaging made of different materials, for joints sizing of insulation, for roof, wall, floor and for mounting of pipe lagging and also for domestic purposes.

Working temperature range of adhesive polyethylene tape is from -60°C to +80°C.

Working temperature range of armored adhesive polyethylene tape is from -60°C to +80°C.

Minimum temperature for mounting on surface cleaned from grease and dust is +10°C.

Note: It is admissible to produce LKP tape of other dimensions by agreement with the Customer.

Specifications

Adhesive polyethylene tape shall be produced from polyethylene film that is applied with adhesive layer.

Armored adhesive polyethylene tape shall be manufactured from polyethylene tape armored with mesh applied with adhesive layer.

Note: Adhesive polyethylene tape can be produced with printed pattern if requested by the Customer.

As for stress-strain properties, the tape shall correspond to the standards specified in the table 2.

Adhesive vapor-proof material (MPK)

The technical specifications are applied to adhesive vapor-proof material designed for vapor-resistant barrier creation on inside of vapor-proof material used for thermal insulation.

Technical requirements

Adhesive vapor-proof material shall meet requirements of the technical specification and be produced in accordance with manufacturing instructions approved as per the established procedure.

As for quality, adhesive vapor-proof material shall correspond to the requirements of the table 1.

Self-adhesive film (SKP)

The technical specifications are applied to self-adhesive film (SKP) designed for the production of placards and UN codes used on railway transport.

The material can be used for design works and other printed goods.

Note:

Upon the Customer’s request film of other dimensions can be manufactured.

It is acceptable to have two glueings in a roll 100m long and three glueings in a roll 300m long.

Specification

Self-adhesive film shall be produced from laquer polyethylene terephthalate film or polypropylene film with one-sided laquer coating with the thickness 40-70 μm or from another similar material of domestic or foreign manufacture on which adhesive layer protected with release material is applied from backing side. Film or paper can be used as release material (for marking a letter B is added: SCP-B).

Depending on applied in the production of adhesive composition, self-adhesive film is released as next models: SCP, SCP-580, SCP-580M, SCP-M, SCP-MT provided possibility of glueing at the next temperature ranges:

SCP – from -20°C to +70°C

SCP-580 – from +5°C to +70°C

SCP-580M – from -20°C to +60°C

SCP-M – from -30°C to +70°C

SCP-MT – to oily surface at the temperature from 0°C to +95°C.

As for stress-strain properties the film SCP-580, SCP-580M shall meet standards specified in the table 2.

Transportation and storage

Transportation of self-adhesive film is made with all types of enclosed transport vehicles in accordance with effective shipping rules for less-than-truckload and part-load shipments.

Self-adhesive film shall be stored in original package on racks or pallets in ventilated location prevented from direct sunlight at the temperature no lower than +10°C.

It is recommended to store self-adhesive film rolls vertically in one row, sheet material – in two rows.

Racks and pallets shall be no less than 1 meter apart heating body.

Warranty

Manufacturer guarantees compliance of self-adhesive tape with technical specifications requirements if provided by the Customer transportation and storage conditions specified in the technical specifications are observed.

Warranty storage period is 1 year from the month of release.

Application notes

The material should be glued on smooth, dry and cleaned from dust and grease surface at the ambient temperature from -20°C to +50°C.

Operating temperature of the material is from -50°C to +50°C.

 

 

Heat-reflecting vapor-tight film “TEPAR”

The technical specifications are applied to the film “Tepar” designed for application as heat-reflecting vapor-tight barrier in polystyrene foam panels.

Technical requirements

The film “Tepar” shall correspond to dimensions specified in the table 1.

Note: Upon Customer’s request the film “Tepar” of other dimensions can be manufactured.

Specification

The film “Tepar” shall be produced from composite film metalized material, adhesive layer protected with release material is applied on both sides of it.

Upon Customer’s request adhesive layer can be applied on one side of film metalized material (single-coated film “Tepar”).

As for stress-strain properties the film shall meet standards specified in the table 2.

Packing

The film “Tepar” shall be reeled on paper and bakelite cores with internal diameter 76mm±2mm.

By agreement with the Customer cores of other dimensions made from another material can be produced.

Marking

Film rolls shall be enclosed with nameplates that have product characteristics and contain the next information:

  • Company-manufacturer name and its trademark
  • Material name
  • Lot number
  • Roll size, mm x m
  • Film quantity, m2
  • Working shift marking
  • Production date
  • Warranty storage period
  • Technical specifications number (TU №)

Nameplates shall be printed typographically. The data of changed content shall be stamped.

Transportation and storage

Transportation of the film “Tepar” is made with all types of enclosed transport vehicles in accordance with effective shipping rules for less-than-truckload and part-load shipments.

The film “Tepar” shall be stored in original package on racks or pallets in ventilated location at the temperature from +14°C to +22°C and relative humidity from 50% to 70%.

Racks and pallets shall be no less than 1 meter apart heating body.

Warranty

Manufacturer guarantees compliance of the film “Tepar” with technical specifications requirements if provided by the Customer transportation and storage conditions specified in the technical specifications are observed.

Warranty period is 1 year from the month of release.

Service ability of the film after expiration of the warranty period is determined by the Customer after testing in accordance with Section #4 of the technical specifications.

The film “Tepar” should be glued on smooth, dry and cleaned from dust and grease surface at the ambient temperature no lower than +10°C.

Operating temperature range is from -30°C to +60°C.
